We’re not looking for a traditional Chief-of-Staff. We’re looking for a weapon. Someone insanely smart, scrappy, and dangerously good at solving hard problems fast.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to push the company forward. That means launching campaigns, shipping products, running experiments, killing what doesn’t work, and doubling down on what does. You’ll operate across product, engineering, growth, content and operations - wherever the leverage is highest.
This role isn’t for someone who waits for permission. You’ll own strategy and execution, obsess over data, and ship like your life depends on it. If something needs doing, you do it.
